Turkish Delight dessert recipe.

A few years ago I was having a function at home for the first time. I remember needing an idiot proof dessert recipe. A mum at the play school my kid attended had sent me this recipe, few years later it is still the easiest and it a ten minute job.
If she ever reads this, I want to say thank you for being kind enough to share your secrets.

2 cups creamora

1 big tin nestle cream ( fresh cream works as well you just have to whip it until it is stiff)

1 can condensed milk

1/2 cup lemon juice.

1/2 cup rose syrup

Biscuits for base

Beat all the in ingredients together for 3-5 minutes

Put your biscuit base down first and add the mixture on the top. Leave in the fridge to set. Decorate the top with Turkish delights

The above mixture can be frozen for emergency moments.
For the picture below I used fresh cream. Make sure to beat the cream until it is fluffy
